For Stoles & Scarves

1. At times, even though you may be able to cart a stole, it may not be available due to some reason.  We will email you of the situation, and help you to select another style of the stole in your budget and even offer you a discount.  Please acknowledge the information.
2. For all orders outside Japan, it will be an extra as actual by Japan Post.  The extra will be intimated to you upon placing your order and will be taken up by you.  So please make the payment of shipping outside Japan before we send your choice. All this will be confirmed over email in the English language.
3. The price that is listed is without tax.

For Incense & Other Spiritual Products

1. If out of stock, you can still place your order, and we will revert to you on the time that will take for us to deliver.  Most probably it will be 2-3 weeks. We will let you know of the approximation by email.  If you are unable to process or proceed with the order, please email us your request at sales@irakoi.com
2. For natural perfumes, we have very limited stock for an introduction. We also take an advance order, so please let us know your choice and we will let you know by when you can have it. We will confirm you of the status at each step, every once in 7 days on the progress.

For Paintings & Scrolls and other products from Art Corner

1. Paintings and scrolls are done against an order.  Please place your order, with the desired size.  If they are available, it will be shipped to you within 15-20 days.  If they are not ready, they will be made on your order. It will take 30-40 days to deliver.  
2. All the products from the Art Corner will be sourced once you place your order unless they are in our stock in Japan.  Once ordered, we will inform you of the time that will take for the product to reach you. It may take 3-4 weeks or less, depending on the product.

For Home Décor Products

1. At some point, there could be a product that may show available but could be out of stock.  We will let you know by email if your request comes to us, and also will intimate you by when our next shipment would be arriving.  
2. In the meantime, should you wish to buy a different product, please let us know.
3. In a case out of stock, you may still place your order, and we will confirm the same by email on the estimated time that will take for us to deliver the same to you.  A rough estimate is 3-4 weeks or could be a bit less/more.  Please email us your request and order at sales@irkoi.com
